Truly knows his stuff

I hired Mr. Davis in 2008 for a lawsuit against a company with deep pockets. He kept me informed every step of the way and prepared me for each step of the case, especially the deposition. I walked into that case fully understanding the risks/benefits of each of my choices. My case was a difficult ...case to win but he was with me every step of the way. I would easily recommend Mr. Davis to anyone going through discrimination or employment issues.

Too busy to return calls or emails

Mr. Davis was hired to represent me in an employment matter. We had an initial meeting and I provided a retainer. Soon after I was unable to get ahold of him and he would not respond to calls or emails. Then I received an email from him with a attachment stating that he had been suspended and to... find another attorney. I have been not been able to get my money or file back. Because of these issues, the WSBA is now investigating him.

Do not hire this attorney!!

This excuse for an attorney worked on my husbands case for 2 years - actually husband did most of the work. The case was time sensitive and he repeatedly missed dates. Always one excuse or another but ultimately his missing a VERY important date caused the case to be dismissed. The case was not dismi...ssed on its merit but because the government was able to prove he missed a filing date. What makes it worse is the case was appealed to the Federal Court and here is what he did - demanded payment ahead of time, went to court, case was dismissed, NEVER NOTIFIED THE CLIENT of the status, refuses to return phone calls. Husband found out the case was dismissed from employer. We are filing a complaint with the state!!
