I advise, counsel and set-up businesses and help draft or review relevant contracts for businesses. My goal is to help our clients plan ahead to minimize their future risk of liability.

I provide production and/or review of many types of contracts and agreements ranging from purchase and sale agreements for businesses or homes, employment contracts, licensing agreements to lease agreements.

I advise and counsel clients on corporate structure and business licensing. I then create formation documents, buy-sell agreements, and other necessary contracts.
