After 30 years of living in our house, a new survey revealed that our septic tank, and parts of our drain field and driveway were on the neighboring lot. And despite some reluctance from the new owner of the property nex...t door, Miko was able to negotiate on our behalf an exclusive easement to the affected area with a minimum of expense. He gave us sound advice, helped us avoid a costly mistake, and responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. He was polite, but firm in protecting our rights, when negotiating with the affected property owner so that we arrived at a satisfactory solution with minimal fuss and in a timely manner. Miko was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone and will certainly hire him again in the future should the need arise.

Miko Santos negotiated an easement for my building’s parking lot, allowing it to keep three parking spaces near a light rail station.
