I was falsely arrested and charged with a crime that I did not do! I was trying to alert the police of criminal activity going on inside of my building and instead the police took the path of least resistance and arrested the upset land owner... myself!! I had no idea something like this could e...ver happen when I was in the release area of the jail I was very traumatized and Sharon was there that's when I first met her and she was very compassionate towards me. I had my life held hostage for a long time by a sheriffs department that was in the business of making money off of innocent people!! During this time I obviously experienced a lot of emotions high and low and Sharon was there for me... she went the extra mile for me and she didn't have to... she listen to me cry more than she probably should have... she gave her personal time and drove all the way out to my property in the remote woods just to see what I was telling her that I had not broken the law! She even gave me her cell phone number and allowed me to text her... I really felt like she was a friend more than a lawyer and that she really cared about what happened to me and she was willing to do anything she could to make sure that I got my life back! She gave all of her time to me generously and in addition she made all of her resources available to me and responded quickly to all of my concerns. I felt like she set a fair retainer price for me as well and never went above that. Money was never the issue for her I never felt like that was her concern at all and that is rare amongst most lawyers! I want to thank you for everything Sharon and for being there for me at a horrible time in my life and for giving me my life back because it felt like you really cared and you really did everything you could. I was arrested for a class C felony, I consulted another attorney and he gave me an estimate that seemed pretty high. When the prosecuting attorney filed the charges he charged me with a class B felony, I contacted the attorney I had spoke with and he started telling me how serious the charges were c...ompared to what I was originally arrested for and that the price was DOUBLE for a class B. I thought this guy was full of it so I asked the bail bondsman for his personal recommendation figuring he's in the industry and would know whose the best. He sent me to Sharon Fields and I'm glad I chose her. From the initial consultation she reviewed the details of the case and told me there was a great chance she could get the case completely dropped. Her price including trial was more reasonable than the initial attorneys first quote before he doubled it. She even reduced the price by removing the trial fees initially saying she didn't even think that it would make it that far. She was right! My case got completely dismissed, the prosecutor wanted me to accept a deal but we didn't budge and he ended up completely dismissing my case. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
