Jeffrey Robert Pollock

For more than 30 years, Jeffrey R. Pollock has dedicated his legal career to protecting the rights of people whose lives have been disrupted by injury, illness, and the negligence of others. Based in Mount Vernon, Washington, Jeffrey has represented injured workers and accident victims throughout Washington State.

During his career, Jeffrey has personally handled more than 3,000 workers’ compensation, industrial injury, and motor vehicle accident claims. Jeffrey grew up in Centralia, Washington, and has maintained a strong connection to the people and communities of Washington throughout his life and legal career.

He earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1995 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar later that same year. Since beginning his legal career, Jeffrey has focused on helping people navigate difficult legal circumstances following workplace injuries and accidents.

Over more than three decades, his experience has included complex claims, disputes involving the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, appeals before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, mediation, negotiation, and litigation.
