I filed a whistleblower claim as a government employee and was immediately retaliated against by my then employer. I retained Mr. Power who attended all of my hearings and engaged the county in an attempt to reach a reasonable outcome to their obvious retaliatory actions. I ended up being wrongfu...lly terminated and had to file a suit against the county. Nick was there every step of the way advising me and taking care of the necessary filings.
