Christine R. Kenady

I hired Christine Kenady as my family law lawyer. Ms. Kenady failed to represent me and my best interest at the time I filed for divorce. She completely sold me out to the opposing side (my ex-wife) the day I filed for divorce. Ms. Kenady submitted on my original divorce filing on my behalf to write... under the section called "Maintenance" that me the "Petitioner" agrees that the respondent (my ex wife) requires maintenance. But that wasn't all she wrote, she continued and said the "Petitioner" even has the ability to pay! In doing this to me the court to assessed me a monthly maintenance that I could not afford and drove me nearly into bankruptcy. Ms. Kenady sided with my ex-wife from day one and was a complete sell out to her own client. I DO NOT recommend her to anyone. I was emotional at the time and trusted that my lawyer was working in my best interest. She clearly failed her duties to her client and I will be filing a complaint with WSBA for her actions.
