What a Neighbor you can screw call 1800 Hugh

Hugh Lewis is what is wrong with the legal system. Double talkin expensive attorney who exaggerates the issues and cause bigger issues. He uses excessive cost to pressure you to accept less than adequate documents needed and he wouldn't let you see them before. He was hired to review our docu...ments for our little eight lot development for a turn over from the developer five years after we all closed and built. Little did I know that this flip personality would cause so much harm to such small street of owner or such a simple thing. He make simple hard. He was only asked to review our bylaws. What he gave us stripped us of rights we had at closing. We were not a new subdivision and his document were nothing we agreed to at closing... . One owner put up a fence illegally and Huge tells us it will take 30,000 to do to make him remove it. Bullcrap. Than told us to buy the violator fence. How pompous . The first 250 of his bill was hearing how great he was. What a sales pitch.. He mislead us to believe his documents would keep us out of court and allow for disputes to be handle in a professional way and it did the opposite. It destroyed this neighborhood. He said our old docs all 7 pages were illegal, he lied. What was easy to understand he made a complicated mess and changed are CCR's without the owner even voting on it. He just took over and told us all how it had to be. Thanks to his arrogant we ended up with mess on our street. Now friends are enemy and lawsuits are flying and people are putting their homes on the market. His document gave way to much power for 4 owner over the other four. It take court to unseat them. They know it cost to go to court. So there holding out until it happens. He handly work. The HOA board is in violation of the CCR's and we can't vote them out. We have to go to court to remove them. His doc's gave them irrevocable power over the other four owners.. He wanted to give them the right to foreclose on us and they can spend money with him asking personal questions and bills us. He is fully aware their out of compliances and their conflict of interest but he looks the other way and puts his hand out. A court of reasonable jurisdiction will determine how great his doc's are in the near future. This community is ruined because of his sloppy work and involvement. We were all friends up until he got in the picture. HE replaced 7 page with 41 pages of legal jargon and was a boiler plate designed for a subdivision of a few hundred homes were enough votes cannot allow for abuse of power.. He billed out thousand and today we all are heading for a major lawsuit to undo his mess this arrogant pompous ass created. His document gave so much power to this small HOA board that of course they got drunk on power that what his document provided them with. With nothing for us as owners short of court to stop them. The HOA board is now moved to amend out all our CCR's so they don't have to get into compliances. Good job Hugh. He failed to know his product and should of seen the small voting power cannot work with documents this complicated. Even when he knew he failed us he still backing his documents because its designed to assure attorney get paid with the right to foreclose on your land. He worked for one person Hugh Lewis. I wouldn't use this guy to draft a laundry list. You'll lose the shirt off your back,
