Excellent

My experience with Karen Phillips was extremely positive. At our first meeting she was able to assess that she could help me with my case. At the time I had some limits as to how far I wanted to pursue my actions and she didn’t question or judge those limits but followed them as was my wish. Karen’...s manner was professional and supportive. At the same time she was friendly and genuinely caring about my situation. Karen was very honest about potential outcomes and what I could expect. Communications with Karen were very clear and concise. I never misunderstood what she was doing or the actions we took. I was questioned several times during the process by friends and family about how stressful the case must be to me. My response was always, “No, my lawyer is doing all the work, I don’t have to do anything.” I had complete faith in Karen’s judgement but was allowed to make my own decisions at each step. Everyone always feels lawyers are expensive but each bill I received was detailed, a courtesy I appreciated. I never questioned anything I was charged for. I would highly recommend Karen Phillips to anyone needing a lawyer in her area of expertise. Karen was a pleasure to work with and in spite of being involved in a legal action we actually found time to laugh.
