Jill Smith represented our small Washington state based non-profit in a complex discrimination claim. As this was the first time that our organization had been a litigant it is understandable that the organizations leadership, Board of Directors and others involved were initially overwhelmed. The ...magnitude of information and records required to respond to numerous RFP's, Interrogatories, and research for other data within tight time lines was extraordinary.
