Mr. Robinson's staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to allow me to talk to him and even refused to leave messages for him as he is appearantly to important to talk to his clients. When in a letter I threatened to fire him unless they made an appointment they finally relented. I t...hen informed him his services were no longer required and asked how much I owed him for what in my opinion was very little he refused payment and told me he was going to file a lien on my settlement and that I had no choice in the matter I told him I was going to contact the bar association, and he became irate and said he was not afraid of the bar association. Subsequently his staff refused to release my files and i contacted the bar assoc. They quickly contacted his office and had my files released. I was billed $2000 for very little work and I offered to pay $800 which they did not respond to and I then filed for fee arbitration with the Bar assoc. In the arbitration Mr Robinson could no better than complain about his good name and his wasted time coming to the hearing. He was awarded only $500.
