3.5 Year Battle

I filed for divorce in October 2018, and it was a battle from the beginning. To make a long story short, I filed and my soon to be x-husband hired an attorney. I could not afford one at the time. So, I was not granted custody of our 2 boys during our temporary parenting plan. I had no choice but to l...eave my boys behind and move back to my hometown 600+ miles away....that was so hard. My boys were not being taken care of correctly so I had to hire an attorney, that is where Christina came in the picture. I found her after many attempts to hire an attorney in Bellingham. She assured me from the beginning that her and I could get through this together. Although she can't know what the outcome would be to have someone listen to my story was nice. We proceeded with filing and with lots of court dates and continuations on my x's end we finally were able to move this case along. We had a couple settlement hearings where we could not agree. We ended up in trial where in the 1st day my x decided he was up against the wall and took an agreement. Christina was so amazing during this time, she took my calls, answered my questions in a timely manner and gave me peace and comfort through this ordeal. I would recommend Christina to anyone that needs a good attorney that puts up a fight for not only you but your children. Thank you for all you did Christina!

Unprepared and non responsive.

Ms. King is a disaster. Her office looks like a tornado came through it. I signed a flat fee agreement and she decided when it was over before the conclusion of the case. She showed up late to court with the pages she printed not legible as she ran out of ink. She didn’t bring up the point that the v...ast majority of testimony was hearsay and the judge pointed it out and accepted it. I asked her to file a motion days after I was in court and two weeks later it still wasn’t done after several “misunderstandings” and broken promises. Not until I sent a bitter email did she says she was done with the case. Doesn’t respond for days and not worth your time.

Really Lucky I hired her!

I hired Ms. King on a parenting case. The other parent of my son acted like I wasn’t even really all that important to him. It’s frustrating and I hated it. She took care of everything. I finally felt heard. She was direct, listened to me, and I was no longer confused about the process.

Best Lawyer I had

I had 3 different lawyers during my 3 year custody battle. Christina was by far the best. She actually cares about her clients and her work. She is non-judgmental and professional. I would hire her again.

I like her

She is my lawyer with CPS. I like her. She got my baby home really fast, and was really nice to me.
