Incorrect Advise on Taxes

Dealt with this office over a two year period 2013/2014 tax returns and received incorrect information on 2014 mid year assessment that saw me owe the IRS over. The office is ineffective, slow and doesn't respond on time or with any sense of urgency. Lunch break is two hours and really stuff does not... get done. Bad experience, bad advise and i am paying for it now. The kicker in the teeth was audacity to increase fees at 40% for a bad job done.
