As an attorney with over 30 years experience, I have defended many thousands of criminal traffic cases, including DUI, DWLS, Hit and Run, Reckless Driving and Negligent Driving 1st Degree matters as well as all types of non-criminal traffic infractions such as Negligent Driving 2nd Degree and speeding with a high rate of success for my clients. I enjoy going to court and fighting for my client's rights to get the best possible results under the facts and circumstances of each case so that my client's license and insurance records are protected. Each case is different and unique and so I give every case I defend the individual attention needed in order to present the best possible defense based upon a thorough analysis of the facts of each case, the applicable law and any other factors. I also defend Department of Licensing (DOL) hearings in license suspension, revocation and Habitual Traffic Offender (HTO) cases.  I have also had very good success in defending clients with several outstanding past criminal traffic cases with bench warrants and probationn also work with CDL drivers and defend violations of their driving offenses, including overweight, no CDL license and DOL violations and DOL hearings with great success.
