HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALOWED TO PRACTICE AGAIN
THIS LAWYER WAS FOUND TO HAVE COMMITED FRAUD AND COLLUSION IN FEDERAL COURT DURING THE COURSE OF REPRESENTING MY CASE. THIS IN TURN CAUSED ME TO LOSE A JUDGMENT OF 395K AND 11 ACRES OF PROPERTY. HE THEN CANCELLED HIS MALPRACTICE INS. AND FILED BANKRUPTCY, LEAVING ME WITH NO RECOURSE AGAINST HIM. NOW ...
