I have a friend of mine that retained WE Legal to sue their lender. The attorney Amelia won the case for them. They got their principle reduced and interest reduced and their second mortgage removed completely. My buddy and his family, prior to WE Legal, tried to do a regular modification through a f...ree government agency that could help them, tried to modify on their own unsuccessfully, and then paid a law firm over $5000 for nothing. Don't do a modification, use this company WE Legal and specifically Attorney Amilia. The reason I'm posting is because my friend referred me to them. After she reviewing my package, Amilia advised me that I don't have a case and that I should not sue or try to modify because my situation does not require a law suite. Matter of fact, she showed me why I am ok with my mortgage and that I should not waist money with her or any other law firm or agency to modify of sue. I agreed with her after reviewing everything she presented to me. The point is that any other agency would have taken my money knowing I did not have a chance. I'm referring everyone I know there. I was ready to pay whatever it took and I would have lost big time anywhere else. This law firm also have a real estate and mortgage company within the same office. Amilia had her mortgage representative refinance my house and reduced my interest rate to a 3.35% versus the 5.5% I had, although my house is upside down underwater. Im very impressed. When you go to their office, you will receive some answers and you wont get ripped off. Also very nice and modern office with flat screens everywhere to display your services on the screen.
