I went to this man last week to take care of my divorce. I told him it would be an uncontested divorce. He said that if indeed it was uncontested i wouldnt be looking at a big bill because it wouldnt need a trial. He was terrible at communication, leaving me confused and i needed to schedule extra t...ime, which he charged me for. He even tried to charge me for leaving a message on his answer machine! I spent more time with his secretary who glared at me for making an appointment at 4:00 and needed to reschedule AGAIN because she has a long drive to get home. That is not my problem. Too many issues to list and im only at the very preliminary stages with him, and my case. Of course he had me put down 2500 dollars so we will see what the itemized bill looks like already. Nothing changed in the description of my case. Yet now he is saying it will be over 3000?! Just because myex needs to help pay lawyer bills doesnt mean im willing to stick it to him with these fees.

I called him seeeking a lawyer he told me 1st 1/2 hr was free I went there for my half hr then he said he needed me to write a letter then email to him and he would ediit it all sounded good but then he asked for $250 to get started and said he would need another $500 later on, this was on a Friday..., Tues he calls me asking for another $600 to get started and asked me to write the letter I told him I already emailed it to him on Monday he replyed, hum I have a stack of paper work on my desk I have'nt looked at yet and I have threapy he had to go to and that was he's prority hummm not my case warning!!! I read other reviews on other sites and it sounds like it's that same stuff money I'm out the $250 which not sure what I pd for he said the half hour was free when I asked him about that he said we where there and hour an half so not true half an hour if that so BEWARE!!!

I talked to Mr. Kruse over the phone and he seemed knowledgeable and quoted me a price. When I visited his office he bumped his rate another $20, not sure why? then OVER CHARGED me $100 dollars to do some simple calculations. When I responded back to him via email he didn't like the fact I was callin...g him out on his poor service then proceeded to tell me I wasn't a good client for him.Gee, I guess I wasn't a big enough SUCKER to sign over my life savings to have a simple support modification completed. I found a really great attorney that is very honest and experienced so I won't be hiring Mr. Kruse and neither should you. He's just not the right attorney for me!!!
