MQAC complaint defense

Patrick reviewed my case, prepared documents, and interacted with the MQAC investigator and attorney on my behalf regarding an allegation of unprofessional conduct on the business side of medicine. With his help, I was able to provide the commission with the information they needed and the complaint ...was dismissed. Patrick is experienced in representing physicians before the commission and his knowledge and advice was appreciated.

Patrick was great throughout the entire long process

Patrick did a great job keeping me informed during the entire process. He offered his advice and all of the options we had for moving forward. McKay Chadwell was referred to me by a friend and Patrick and his team always had our best interests top of mind. I would highly recommend.

Patrick Preston

In April of this year I was arrested and charged with two felonies that I did not commit. I spent 40 long hours in jail and while I was there my wife received a referral for the Seattle law firm McKay-Chadwell and I'm so thankful she did. My legal fate was placed in the professional, capable ...hands of attorney Patrick "Pat" Preston. From our initial meeting I was very impressed with Pat's professionalism, attention to detail, and sincerity. He helped me to get through the worst 4 months of my life. Pat is gifted in his ability to look through Discovery that has been submitted by the prosecution, sift through the nonsense and laser focus on key points that help his clients, in this case, myself. Pat Preston has worked on the prosecution side so he has a keen insight into their motivations, tactics, and strategies. When I hired Mckay-Chadwell and Pat Preston, I was in desperate need of somebody to defend me and that's exactly what Pat did, he defended me when I needed it the most. Thanks to the tremendous criminal defense abilities of Mckay-Chadwell and Pat Preston, ALL charges against me were dismissed, which is the result I deserved and had hoped for. I would highly recommend Mckay-Chadwell and attorney Patrick Preston to anyone who finds themselves in a legal predicament.

Excellent in all respects

Patrick was recommended to me by an attorney from another esteemed law firm for his proficiency in certain areas of expertise. I found him to be an exemplary combination of competence and compassion. He was a passionate though reasoned defender of my rights and positions with a broad scope of visi...on on the entire proceeding and an eye for the finest detail as well. While closely attentive to the infinite implications, legal consequences and nuanced possibilities of any course of action or proposed maneuver he was always sensitive to my financial concerns and found resourceful ways of meeting our objectives Though formidable in dealings with opposing counsel and related legal parties to our complicated scenario he was consistently respectful in every aspect of negotiation. If you have a difficult or complicated situation that appears very bleak from your perspective, I encourage you to have at least a consultation with Patrick. You will find no finer lawyer in his realm of specialization.

Very positive lawyer

Pat was a positive becon on a dim outlook for my case. If he wasn't in court he would respond within a short span of time to my questions, both via phone and email. He was very knowledgable about the system and how the process in the federal system was going to move forward. Pat was very good abou...t informing me about the changes and pitfalls that were happening with negotiations with the Federal Prosecutor. If you are needing an attorney that is personable, has a great "bed side manner" and will give you the in's and out's then hire him for your lead attorney.
