Started as Assistant Director in October 2010. Became Director in November 2014.

•Provides individualized career and professional development coaching to 115+ law students and graduates pursuing careers in public service law
•Provides leadership and management consulting and leadership development support to student-led pro bono legal assistance projects
•Leads trainings and presentations locally and nationally including strategic and systems thinking, mitigating implicit bias, cultural/cross-difference competency, secondary trauma and compassion fatigue, professionalism and ethics,  basic interviewing skills and as well as an introduction to international human rights law
•Presents on topics such as public interest summer funding, post-grad public interest fellowships and student loan debt relief among others
•Develops public service programming that includes bringing speakers who work on cutting edge social justice issues as well as organizing career panels to introduce students to a diversity of career options in public service law
•Supervises international public interest pro bono projects
•Directs pro bono service programming
•Co-teaches upper level social justice leadership and management course
•Manages the law school’s Loan Repayment Assistance Program
•Conducts local and national outreach
•Manages public service pages web content and oversees the Common Good Blog ().
•Supervises staff.
