I was told my case was very cut and dry and I was primarily using a lawyer to get all the paperwork done correctly and quickly. Throughout my at the time of writing this 1 year case for a child custody modification there has been several of the following; hearings not being scheduled that I was told ...were and showed up that day of the hearing to find out they were never scheduled. Hearings cancelled because proper paperwork was not submitted, hearings cancelled because me and my ex wife didn’t have the required classes attended (we actually attended the class months prior) several cancelled teleconferences and a cancelled in person meeting. I spoke to his supervisor and she was extremely short and rude while I was trying to get information and figure out why my case hadn’t had any progress in more than 3 months. Tomorrow I’m going to get a new consultation from someone else.
