Rochelle Allyson Shuffield

Attorney Rochelle Shuffield has been working in the legal industry for nearly 20 years, specializing in Bankruptcy Law for the past ten years. She has worked on both sides of the process, representing large creditors, and now has spent the past eight years specializing in protecting consumers from those large creditors. Knowing both sides of the system provides a more knowledgeable basis for knowing how to get the most for her consumer bankruptcy clients. Whether it is a Chapter 13 or a Chapter 7, she knows the intricacies of the system and has at this point processed over 800 cases on the consumer debtor side.

Ms. Shuffield is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, and continued to Southern University to obtain her Juris Doctorate. Although from the extreme other side of the country, she has resided in Washington State for over ten years and has adopted our state as her home. She is a die-hard Hawks fan. Rochelle is also an animal lover, and an active supporter of many animal-related charities.
