Mike has extensive experience representing insurers in insurance coverage claims and lawsuits, including advising clients on pre-suit claims handling and litigation in areas of environmental liability, first-party property losses and bad faith claims and litigation. He also represents defendants in civil litigation in the areas of commercial torts, product and premises liability and other personal injury claims.
