Practice focus on HIPAA, HITECH, Health Information Technology, Certificare of Need, compliance and general health care related legal questions. I represent both traditional health care entities (hospitals and providers) and Health IT Startups and software vendors.

I represent municipalities in negotiating and drafting cable and telecommunications franchises and leases, assist related litigation, and advise clients generally on working with cable and telecom providers. I also represent landlords in negotiating and drafting cellular antenna leases and towers.

I work with clients on business formation and contracting issues including non-competes, non-disclosure agreements, LLC agreements, and general corporate documents and agreements.
