Smart, Efficient, Tenacious and Compassionate

Tenacious!!!

Kirstyn is very knowledgeable, she built a relationship with me from the moment I stepped into her office. She knew the process to what I was going through very well and made sure we always stayed a step ahead! In the end she won me my case, and it wasn’t a case that is typically easily won! Communicative, efficient, and effective. Highly recommended!

Kirstyn represented me in a high conflict dissolution matter with children. Nearly everything was contested and prior to hiring Kirstyn, I was stressed out by the endless conflict and feelings of injustice. Kirstyn was efficient, focused, overly communicative, organized and most importantly, made me ...feel like her top priority. She and her team were absolutely awesome. Kirstyn guided me through each curveball thrown at us by the opposing party. She was exceedingly efficient in handling each situation and gave sound advice with a level head. When I would get caught up on seeking "justice" and "fairness", Kirstyn would gently redirect my attention to our primary goals and remind me of what is realistic in the family courts. Ultimately, she also taught me how I could approach future conflicts and handle them appropriately without getting stressed out. Trust is extremely important when the uncertainty of the courts can change your life and the life of your child(ren). Fantastic and Extremely Responsive

Kirstyn has been extremely helpful during my divorce and follow-up questions post divorce. She always responded quickly to any questions I had, reached out proactively and always stayed in communication with me during this extremely difficult time. Parenting Plan Modification Case

I am not the type of person that writes reviews, but this is the one review I felt I needed to write because I was going through a difficult time where I felt I was going to lose some thing very important, the most important thing for me: time/daughter= time with my daughter. I was able to find some...one that helped me, so I feel people deserve to be helped the way I was helped. My ex- husband took me to court to modified the parenting plan we agreed on when we divorced. I consulted 2 attorneys before seeing Kirstyn, both of the attorneys told me that I was going to lose the case and that my ex- husband was going to get the parenting plan modified. After I walked out of the second attorney's office, I called my husband and told him I have lost hope. He told me not to. I started walking down the street and saw an attorney's office and just walked in. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, she told me a little bit about each of the attorneys there and I wold her to scheduled me an appointment with any of the attorneys there, however Kirstyn was standing there and I asked for the appointment to be with her. That morning Kirstyn had some time before her next appointment, so she was able to see me right away. I talked to her about my case, the same one I talked to the other 2 attorneys, however this consult was different, Kirstyn told me she was able to help me and that we had a good chance of winning the case. Some things I shared with the other attorneys that they felt weren't important, Kirstyn pay close attention to them and considered them to be important. I felt she listened to me the entire time, she looked interested in my case and I felt her willingness to help. She had some much knowledge about Family Law, she explained things to me, she was confident, and honest the entire time. We went over the attorney's fee and she told me she was going to work hard on getting the case dismissed to keep the cost down. I decided to hire her. My court date was coming up and there was little time to waste. Kirstyn told me the timeline and told me she was going to work on my case during the weekend to turned everything on time and so she did. Her communication from day one was excellent, via email or phone she was always available. I felt at ease and confident that she was going to win this. The court day came and Kirstyn was there prepared and ready. The commissioner ruled in my favor and cased was dismissed. I was so pleased with her services that now I have hired her to help me with my child support issue. I will write a review to let you know how that goes, but I am pretty confident it will go well. I highly recommend Kirstyn Palmisano.
