I was involved in a rather unusual DUI case where I was unjustly arrested in front of my home. I was rather upset, as one would be when being wrongly arrested. My behavior during the arrest was used against me to paint an inaccurate perception of me. I eagerly wanted to prove my case but financially ...wouldn't be able to afford the longevity of the attorney fees. The court appointed Mr. Arganian to my case and after the first meeting with him I was immediately greeted with professionalism, understanding, and an eagerness that matched mine in wanting to prove my case. I left his office confident in his knowledge of the law, especially pertaining to DUI cases, how the court system works, along with the way he carries himself. Over the course of my trial my confidence/trust in Mr. Arganian grew. He is very relaxed and comfortable in the courtroom. Nothing, during my almost 2 year long case, took Him by surprise, and in fact, he was able to address key factors and points that we hadn't previously discussed prior to the trial, on the fly! Mr. Arganian represented me and my case as flawless as humanly possible and I cannot be more grateful for his level of knowledge and the ability to put it into practice effectively. I won my trial, and was aquited of 2 charges that would have affected my life greatly. If I had to point out a flaw, as insignificant as it is, I would say Mr. Arganian can be blunt or impatient for lack of a better term. I believe this is because of the nature of the occupation, his knowledge of the court system and law, and the multitude of clients he represents. And believe me I'd rather have a straight to the point, blunt, no "beat around the bush" kind of person to represent me and hold frame in a courtroom setting than the latter. Of course I don't plan on any future court dealings, but I can whole-heartedly say I will seek this Gentleman out to represent me if the situation arises. I hired david for a divorce in cowlitz county he did nothing but tell me we will fight for it in the end. I got to sit beside david in court and listen to the judge say the paperwork that got turned in couldnt be use because it was done wrong and was not filed correctly at the court house and even s...aid he that i had no attorney and was represented by myself so i thought david would try to make it right and prove himself he did nothing except say we can fight for it in the end. He was able to right up a parent plan and turned it in before running it by me first. His plan gave me less time with my kid and agreed to give her Christmas every yr when i found out about it i told him i would have never agreed to it and he needs to stop it. Again he said it temporary we will fight to change it in the end and its already been sent to opposing ATTORNEY and cant be stopped. I was at the court house on the Phone with Gal and got it stopped. David emailed opposing ATTORNEY telling her he was sorry we.didnt agree than told me we could have fought for your time back in the end. I started thinking why give up my time now to fight for it back i have been fighting for her work schedule for 4 months never got it been lock out of my shop that has tools 4wheeler chainsaws and watched her family move junk in and take advantage of it but again david would say make a list and we will fight for it in the end. He did fight at the first of the month wanted his money every day he tex email untill he got it. Payed $9500 got nothing to show for it and month and a half later he still cant turn his paper work in to get off the case has not been able to give me a bill to show me what cost me $9500 and i got nothing except more questions now than in the bevaininh

Retained him for a criminal case; spoke to me ONCE, 3 months later he had done absolutely nothing. I called him and advised him that I was seeking alternate counsel due to an absolute lack of effort on his part and a concomitant complete lack of faith in his abilities. I asked him how much of our ret...ainer was left, and was advised that $1200.00 of our retainer was unspent. I demanded that he cease and desist all efforts on my case and advised him that I wished my monies returned. I called him the next week to arrange a meeting to recover my monies, and was told that he had "spent the remaining money making copies of everything on my case to make it easier for my next attorney." This is blatantly violative of the Rules of Professional Conduct, and ELC
