Biography
Charlie Lyman is a member of Schlemlein Goetz Fick and Scruggs. He has significant experience in complex litigation, construction litigation, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, securities disputes, real estate and commercial landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Lyman also has experience in environmental litigation, including matters involving MTCA and the Clean Water Act. He has repeatedly been named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law & Politics magazine. Each year since 2013 he has been named a "Super Lawyer". Prior to joining the firm, he served as judicial clerk to Chief Justice Gerry L. Alexander of the Washington State Supreme Court and was also a shareholder at Bullivant Houser Bailey, P.C.
