As part the team working on the Wells Fargo Unauthorized Accounts litigation, Kimberly LaDuca has spent hours communicating with class members and helping them navigate through concerns or questions about the $142 million settlement. That’s just part of what Kimberly enjoys about being a lawyer—interacting with people and helping them solve complex problems. Kimberly began working with Keller Rorhback’s nationally recognized Complex Litigation Group in October 2017.
During law school, Kimberly pursued her passion for public interest environmental law with a focus on consumer protection, land use issues, hazardous waste and cleanup law and was the Legislative Review Editor on the editorial board of Animal Law Review. Before joining Keller Rohrback, Kimberly worked as a mid-level Associate at a small environmental law firm in Seattle and completed a groundwater research fellowship. Kimberly serves as the Vice Chair of the King County Bar Association, Environmental & Land Use Section, and is also the President of the Homeowners Association for her 132-unit condominium. Prior to law school, Kimberly completed a year of service as a AmeriCorps volunteer. She has studied abroad in Costa Rica and Australia and loves to travel.
When she’s not working, you can find Kimberly skiing, backpacking, camping, or exploring Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood with her husband and dog, Duke.
