How can I legal prevent my daughter's father from pursuing custodial rights in WA? He currently has no rights or contact.

You can't -- he has a right to establish paternity and a PP. and once he does he will be paying child support This should have been done right...

You need to file a Petition to modify your spousal support obligation. There is no standard form so you will most likely have to hire an attorney

If you believe he is the Father of the child then Yes, you put him on the birth cert and fie a PP that gives him limited contact given his absence....

He is just dead wring. When the kids are with you, you control what they do or where they go. TEh PP is clear as to what decisions are joint.

A PP is a court order -- it can only be changes by another court order. There is no such thing as full custody in Wa. state. You would need to file...
