The best around

We simply could not have had a better lawyer. We were in a precarious position and could have made tons of mistakes but Paul was knowledgeable and was always readily contactable. Leave him an email or voicemail and trust him to get back to you in a timely manner. When it comes to something this impor...tant, its hard to figure out the best options but based on our experience. having an attorney this good makes everything so much easier. Thanks to him i was able to process my green card in a way that left us feeling happy about the entire immigration process. If you have a genuine case, i would highly recommend getting in touch with Paul. Both with humor and grace Paul was able to help us navigate a very stressful terrain and is someone that is committed to helping you simply beyond his (very reasonable) legal fee. Unlike other cases i have heard of you can be assured that Paul will be personally handling your case. keeping you abreast of situations and will be willing to put time into it, rather than leaving matters to paralegals etc.

Excellent immigration lawyer

Paul helped me and my husband to remove conditions from my green card. The process can be pretty overwhelming and there are so many details to work on. He was very straight with us, talked to us about every possibility and how he could help us along the way. I don’t think we would be able to go throu...gh this process with ease without his help. He was always available and he was prompt returning our emails on a timely manner. Since he is originally from Canada and became a US citizen, he went through this process himself, he relates to his clients, which is a great advantage to have a lawyer by your side who understands you. I am so glad that we chose Paul.

Miracle Worker - Life Saver - Guardian Angel - No Comparison!

I don't know where to begin. In Dec 2014 right in the middle of the holidays with a 2-week deadline - Paul Choquette somehow processed immigration documents for my husband and I - and extra kudos to him for working with 2 people with ADD and still getting it done. During the holidays. USCIS ta...kes a while and I often had bouts of anxiety during the process - and Mr Choquette told me not to worry - that was what we were paying him to do. Those weren't just words to placate me - he took care of EVERYTHING, right down to attending an immigration interview with us. On the way to the appointment, we were so excited, I told my husband that I would have paid Paul Choquette twice what he charged. When he initially told us his fee, I sat there and waited for the "and so much to do this and so much to do that" additions, and there weren't any! And his attention did not stop once he got paid. He responded to my emails - no matter how silly - immediately, even on weekends! Easy to talk to, straightforward, no BS, no sales pitch... nothing but excellence, professionalism, and a HUGE SUCCESS! I will always consider him a part of my "new life" with my husband because it would not have happened without him.

From Permanent Resident to US Citizen
