Green Card

Paul supported my wife and I through our Green Card process and we knew we were in good hands from the first time we met him. Paul made it very clear what steps were required and the timeframe in which we would be expected to complete each one. Preparing our paperwork for our application was straight...forward as Paul was able to provide us with a tailored checklist, and following our submittal to Paul, he was able to have us sign and then send everything within a matter of days. It was obvious that Paul had a wealth of experience and was always available by phone or email to address any questions, to which he provided concise, definitive answers. Preparing for our interview was just as straightforward as our initial application, thanks to another tailored checklist from Paul. Paul spent time briefing my wife and I for what to expect during the interview, which put our minds at ease during a stressful time. Paul was present during the interview and we were glad to have him by our side. Paul charged a flat fee for his services, which was great given our frequent questions, and will continue to support us on immigration issues in the future. I would highly recommend Paul to any couple embarking on their Green Card journey!

Immigration Case

Paul helped me attain my green card in a short period of time, about five months. There is a reason why Paul hasn’t lost a case out of thousands of cases. He is very knowledgable and has a formula that he wants you to strictly follow. His advice was accurate and the whole process of getting the g...reen card went down as he said. His responses to queries were very prompt. Paul made the process easy and lowered our anxiety. I would recommend him for anyone applying for a green card or have immigration questions. K1 Application - Very timely, concise & professional experience

We worked with Paul Choquette for our K1 visa application. Before starting the application he explained in-detail how the whole process will work, expectations and current processing times in the chosen SC & Embassy. He answered every question we had regarding the process and his expertise and in d...epth knowledge of the immigration process is very confidence-inducing. Highly recommend Paul!

When my spouse and I first discussed applying for a Green Card, we weren't sure if we really needed a lawyer. We thought, "Why not do it ourselves, and save some money?" We are so glad we decided to hire a lawyer. Not only was it a reasonable, flat fee, but our minds were put at ease by knowing that ...an expert was checking and rechecking our information and required documents. When we were waiting to be called into our interview, it was such a relief to know we had everything set to go and we were 100% prepared. We owe this overwhelming sense of calmness to our lawyer, Paul Choquette. Paul's expertise, availability, promptness, professionalism, and good humor helped immensely during the arduous immigration process. He answered all of our questions, clarified every step of the process and made the whole ordeal manageable. Even when my spouse and I had questions that were atypical or complicated, Paul knew all the answers. He had a flat fee, which meant that we were free to ask as many questions as we would like and contact him as often as we needed without having to watch the frequency or duration of the meetings. Not having to worry about that made our immigration process simpler. His abundant knowledge and ample experience with the immigration process assured us that everything would be fine as long as we followed his directions. Indeed, I received the Green Card, and Paul made the process as easy as it could have been. He was a HUGE weight off our shoulders! We highly recommend Paul!

Excellent experience with Paul Choquette

Paul Choquette provided the highest quality service to my husband and me. My husband is Italian and I am American, and we were seeking help applying for my husband's green card. Mr. Choquette's services came recommended to me by an American friend who has a similar situation and was very impressed wi...th his professionalism and dedication to her situation. From the beginning Mr. Choquette made us feel at ease and explained the entire process - what we would need to do, what to expect from immigration, and how he would assist us throughout the entire process. Often lawyers request a fee upfront just to explain to you how they can provide you with a service, but not Mr. Choquette. He wants his clients to know exactly what he can do for them and feel confident before proceeding. This is the kind of trust that we needed to build at the beginning, before making such a big commitment. Mr. Choquette is very timely, professional and responsive. He made it very clear that he would rather we call or email him if we had questions about the process, and he would guide us through the situation. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge of the immigration process, and were very confident that with his support, we would not have any issues navigating the immigration system. Last week, my husband and I had our immigration interview and almost immediately afterwards, our case was approved! My husband should receive his green card soon. We are very satisfied with Choquette Law Group and would recommend their services to others who need immigration assistance.
