Highly recommend Paul & Choquette Immigration!

We decided to go with Paul for my husband’s green card application after speaking with a few other lawyers. Although Paul was the most expensive, he was also one of the most experienced and helped us feel optimistic and confident throughout the process. My husband was a post-doc on STEM OPT and we we...re living in different cities at the time of filing because of our jobs, so Paul’s advice on the necessary marriage bona-fides was pivotal in our application. As some other reviews have mentioned, Paul can come across as a bit stern and standoffish, but we learned that he is truly invested in your process and future success. Obviously no one cares about our own case as much as we would, so my husband and I were quite persistent about emailing/calling Paul. He is always very responsive and incredibly straightforward in his responses, stemming from his years of successful experiences with other cases. Our application was approved within 8 months of filing with no RFEs. We are planning to have Paul help us again for future immigration paperwork, he and his team are remarkable!

Honest and efficient

This is the 3rd time, I've used Paul's services and there's a good reason for that. The most recent case was parents visa. Paul set clear expectations about the options we have, pros and cons of each and his recommendations. Once we decided on the consular approach, he helped with instructions ...for gathering documentation, responded questions in a timely manner. When it came time for the interview, he helped with that preparation, ensuring the right documents are brought and had very explicit instructions on how to answer the questions. Even after we got the visa, he's responsive and helpful with any queries we had regarding immigration even after my parents got to the US. He likes to say that we always overprepare so that we never have issues with the application being processed. That's held true 3 times already. He is one of the best, and I would recommend Paul to anyone needing immigration services.

Paul is the best lawyer you can find

Paul is the best lawyer I’ve ever seen. He is professional and smart. He always replies emails fast and with clear and precise answers. The most important part is that he would give his clients confidence. My experience with Paul was fantastic and I would not recommend anyone to choose any other lawy...er rather than Paul!
