The best immigration attorney in Seattle

Paul is by far the best immigration attorney in Seattle. Paul was handling the green card case for my wife, and working with him was a breeze. Among many reasons I could list on why Paul is a great attorney, I would emphasize three of them below. 1. Professionalism. We didn’t have one single issue w...ith Paul handling the case. He worked with us to file the case before certain deadlines, and also accommodated our meetings to fit our travel schedule. Email correspondence was always spot on – any questions we had, he would reply in a timely manner and with clarity. 2. Expertise. From the first moment with talked with Paul, it was clear that he has a lot of knowledge and experience. Immigration is a complicated area, where people will always have fears that they might end up being illegal or deported if something goes wrong. For us, the scare moment came last summer when Trump’s administration announced that foreign students have to leave the US if they are not studying on campus (which were closed across the country due to Covid pandemics). My wife was studying from home, like everyone else, and there was a lot of anxiety about what will happen if the new rule holds. Paul assured us that even in the worst-case scenario there will be legal ways to keep her in the US while her green card petition is pending. 3. Approach. Paul doesn’t have a typical relationship with his clients. I was always feeling that typical relationships that professionals have with clients in the US are too sterile. For example, if you’re eating in the restaurant, you can almost always expect a scripted approach by the waiter, like asking you how is your food three minutes after you were served. I prefer a genuine approach much better than a cold scripted approach. With Paul, you’re getting a professional but friendly approach whenever you communicate with him. You will get fewer pleasantries, more essence and occasional jokes. We loved his style!

AOS / Greencard Application and Interview

Paul worked with us for my greencard application / AOS via marriage. He was great and prompt at answering questions that came up along the way, was great at helping me remain patient through the process, and I recommend him to anyone that is going through the same process. His fun/joyful/joki...ng attitude made the process less stressful for us, and it was great seeing how the folks at the USCIS also seemed to know him and had great things to say.

Simply the best immigration attorney in Greater Seattle

I would recommend Paul to anyone who's looking for an immigration attorney. We consulted other attorneys before but Paul is no doubt the best one in the Greater Seattle area. We had a family based green card case with him and he's definitely super knowledgable and helpful. He knows about all the immi...gration requirements and the processes, and he answered our questions super fast. Green card interview

Our process for marriage based green card took a little longer because of Covid-19, but Paul made sure we were well prepared once our time for the interview came. He was professional and easy to reach at any point of the process and made the whole thing much easier than we expected. I really apprecia...te that he took the time to explain how each step of the interview process would go and to make us feel more comfortable.
