10/10 recommend for ease and supportive immigration services

I can not recommend Paul and his services enough! My partner and I got married and needed support in applying for a green card. Paul was very warm and assuring. He approached our care with utmost professionalism and sensitivity while making the process inclusive. A smooth, confidence-building immigration experience

We decided to work with a lawyer after our immigration paperwork kept getting pushed back. Our wedding certificate was three months late, then it was tax season, then we moved — and honestly, our ability to focus on an application you really can’t make mistakes on just wasn’t there. For peace of mind..., we felt it was worth hiring a lawyer to make sure everything was done correctly. After doing our research, we chose Paul Choquette. During our consultation, Paul was very blunt, upfront, and no-BS about our case, the process, and our situation. There was no sugarcoating, which I know can be intimidating for some people. I’ve seen reviews that mention his personality as a negative, but personally, we really appreciated it. He is also a kind person, and his directness gave us a lot of confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and could handle our case well. Everything included in Paul’s package made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. We started with the consultation, then completed his detailed questionnaire so he had everything he needed to prepare our paperwork correctly. Once we received our interview date, we had an online meeting to prepare for the interview, and Paul was also present in the room with us during the interview itself. Our interview only took about five minutes because Paul had already uploaded all of our documents to the immigration portal ahead of time. The agent had reviewed everything before we even walked in and only needed to ask standard questions. We were approved the same day and now have my green card. Paul was available and responsive at every step, answering all of our questions whether by email or phone. We always felt supported and informed, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable. If you can embrace his blunt personality, you’ll gain a kind, competent, thorough, confidence-building, and reassuring lawyer who will take great care of your case. I highly recommend Paul specifically, and Choquette Immigration Law Group as a whole. We absolutely plan on returning when we need help with my 10-year green card.

The best immigration lawyer, period.

Mr Paul Choquette showed the highest level of professionalism and understanding as he guided us through our USCIS journey. He candidly explained the process, as well as the risks, in proper detail upfront, and provided the expected schedule for all milestones (biometrics, interview etc). He was agile... and responsive to all our queries not just on Day One, but down the line as well. We received from him clear instructions for the documents that were required. Along the way there was an unexpected turn in our personal situation that threatened the outcome of the case. Paul devised a brilliant workaround in this crisis, enabling the case to proceed to a successful conclusion. And here is the incredible part : by working proactively with the USCIS staff (as opposed to just filing the petition and passively waiting for next steps) Paul got us an approval way earlier than expected. That’s service! And it’s proof that a good lawyer can make all the difference.
