Expert Immigration Lawyer and Fast Communications

I hired attorney Paul Choquette from Choquette Immigration Law Group to support us with my wife’s US immigration visa application. We were married and living overseas; I am a US citizen, and she is an EU citizen. We had met with six immigration attorneys and spent countless hours researching befor...e hiring Choquette Immigration Law Group. It was clear Paul was the right choice after our initial consultation. Paul was a no-nonsense, candid, and straight talker from the start. He was able to clearly and concisely articulate the laws and process in language we understood. He broke down the three steps of the visa process and told us exactly what was needed from us, including documentation and government fees. We didn’t run into any surprises throughout the process. Paul’s crisp instructions meant we were thoroughly prepared for every step, including the final interview. Any time we got stressed and had questions, Paul had immediate answers and was able to calm our nerves with simple and reassuring answers. Rules, timelines, and even the Embassy/Consulate we were assigned to changed throughout the process, but Paul always knew about it before we did and made sure to keep us updated with any changes and what those changes meant to our specific case. He’s a true artist of his craft, and we are thankful we chose him. Paul was extremely fast with all email responses and made himself available for calls any time it was needed to talk through questions or the current/next phase in depth. Paul was truly a pleasure to work with, and we would never hesitate to use him again. Our case was approved (within the timeline originally given), and we immigrated to the United States in April 2025. The border process to validate the visa and provide my wife’s entry stamp was smooth and simple, with border police being kind and welcoming. The entire process was well organized. Paul was truly a pleasure to work with, and we would never hesitate to use him again. We highly recommend Paul to anyone navigating the US Immigration of a partner/spouse and are grateful for his leadership in taking us through the challenging process of immigration. Paul can support your immigration needs anywhere in the United States, you don't need to be in immigrating to Seattle. He supported us while both being overseas and moving to the South of the United States.

I highly recommend Mr. Choquette and their team. From the very start of the process Mr. Choquette was knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, accessible, prompt and thorough. He guided me through each & every phase and provided highly detailed steps. He was always available to answer any questions ...that I had. Highly Recommend!

My husband and I decided to work with Paul in 2022, and we are very happy that we did. My husband successfully received his green card in December 2024, and the entire journey was remarkably smooth and stress-free thanks to Paul and his team. Aside from the up-front paperwork, there wasn't much work ...on our end due to the great team here. Paul was a pleasure to work with, and my husband and I felt comfortable throughout the process knowing that we could trust the team working with us. Phenomenal! Is the best word that comes to mind to describe Paul Choquette's lawyer services. He lays down the facts and is straight forward about what to expect throughout the green card filing process. Paul has always been easy to contact, providing answers to our questions and concerns quickly, at... times within the hour after sending an initial email to him. He is very personable and enthusiastic as well, making for an all around wonderful experience working together. 10 outta 10 best lawyer in Washington. It was a pleasuring working with Paul. Very thankful for Mr. Choquette

Before hiring a lawyer for our AOS case, we consulted five immigration attorneys in Seattle.
