Great lawyer and very knowledgeable about the immigration process!

Mr. Choquette greatly helped my husband and I through our Green Card application process. We had originally planned to submit our application without any assistance, but after looking through the paperwork, we were worried that we may make mistakes that would cause our application to be denied. We de...cided to hire Mr. Choquette because of the many positive reviews he had from others going through the immigration process. He clearly broke down each step of the process with us and explained what documents were needed and why. He is very knowledgable since he went through the immigration process himself. He stayed on top of our case and quickly responded to any questions we had during the process. Because of COVID-19 policies, he could not be with us during our final interview, but he was able to represent us telephonically at the interview. We were very well prepared for the interview because of him and the whole process went smoothly.

Working with Paul was the best decision we could have made!

If we could give him more then 5 starts we would!! We can not imagine what it would have been like without his representation!! We knew that after getting married the process of getting my husband a green-card (permanent residence card) would soon begin. I had some family go through the exerc...ise on their own about 10 years ago. I remember them complaining the entire time about what a headache it was and that it ended up taking them quite a long time to go through all the forms and requirements. That’s when we heard about Paul Choquette through a friend who had recommended him to us because he had gone through the same process a year before with a great experience and successful outcome. After making contact with Paul, we set up an appointment so that he could get to know us and our specific case a little bit better. At the meeting we felt a good connection, he told us the estimated timeline, and we made the decision that we wanted to work with him. Within minutes he even started some paperwork. Paul continued to guide us through the entire process, step by step, making it pretty painless. He let us know when documents needed to be renewed and would gave us updates. Sometimes we would hear news from him long before we would receive a letter from USCIS. When we got our interview date, Paul sent us an email reminding us of the documents we needed gathered to bring with us to the interview. He then followed by setting up a phone call with us to cover what interview day was going to be like and what to expect. During the interview to register permanent residence Paul was in attendance via speaker phone (COVID restrictions) otherwise he would have been there in person. As the interview unfolded some things popped up due to a USCIS employee forgetting to validate our sponsor. To that Paul spoke forcefully on our behalf. Without him a resolution would have taken week!! We can not imagine what it would have been like without his representation!! Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommend!!!

My wife and I reached out to Paul for assistance with my permanent residency filing. We found him via his stellar reviews on Google, and we were not disappointed. Of all the lawyers we had cold-called, Paul was the only only who responded within an hour and agreed to meet us. It only took one meeting... for us to know we had found the perfect lawyer - he was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. He gave us exemplary advice and did not even charge us for that first consultation. Paul has been our great support throughout our permanent residency process - he explained every nitty gritty and was extremely punctual with his communication and lucid with his instructions. Every document of ours was correctly and promptly filed and Paul was on top of every directive from USCIS. We had to reschedule our biometrics and even our personal interview once, and Paul ensured that our requests were handled with alacrity. We interviewed at 9 am on the east coast but Paul was up at 5am PST to ensure that we got to the center without issues. He stayed on the line during our interview and made the entire process smooth. Paul is a fantastic lawyer and an even better person. He is genial, kind, and highly qualified. We are immeasurably grateful for his support and consider ourselves lucky for having found him.

Immigration Expertise

My wife and I used the Choquette Law Group to help obtain immigrant visas for my wife and stepdaughter. We were told exactly what was going to happen throughout the process and were provided with straightforward and clear answers to our questions. Highly recommend

I would love to recommend Mr. Choquette to be your attorney. During Covid19, he couldn't show up in the interview room but I was very impressed the way he handled things thorough telephone. Now I'm a U.S. Citizen.
