Biography
Cashton L. Sessler is a prominent Seattle attorney with over 30 years of experience in criminal defense, personal injury law, forfeiture law, and defending professional licenses. He began his legal career in 1986 at a personal injury firm, gained trial experience as a Deputy Prosecutor for Whatcom County, and worked in insurance defense before establishing his own firm in 1991.
Mr. Sessler's diverse background as a prosecutor, insurance defense attorney, and personal injury advocate allows him to effectively evaluate each case's strengths and weaknesses while preparing every case for trial.
He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, serves on the Executive Council for the National Trial Lawyers, and is a long standing member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Attorneys. Mr. Sessler has received the America's Top 100 Attorneys Lifetime Achievement Award and honors from Martindale-Hubbell and America's Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys. He regularly speaks at legal conferences nationwide and was recently honored with an invitation to join the prestigious Melvin M. Belli Society.
