William Alan Kinsel

Bill’s legal practice focuses on general civil and commercial litigation involving complex financial/banking litigation, creditor/debtor and bankruptcy matters, intellectual property rights, construction disputes, and the more typical breach of contract and tort actions. Bill Kinsel is a member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Associations, is admitted to practice in the United States Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts of Western Washington, Eastern District of Washington, and Oregon.
