Biography
I provide a broad array of services to banks and other financial institutions. I am experienced in defending lawsuits involving lender liability, deposit and investment accounts, securities fraud, creditors' rights, employment disputes, and trusts. I also assist clients with loan workouts and asset recovery actions and have represented numerous creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcies. In addition, I represent my clients in connection with state and federal regulatory investigations and advise clients on compliance and operational issues.
In addition to my financial services practice, I have a strong general commercial litigation background and have represented business clients in a wide variety of complex disputes, including disputes involving real estate, breach of contract, business torts, intellectual property, and class actions. I also serve on our firm's Board of Directors.
