I was extremely pleased with Jon Zimmerman. I had two challenging infractions to take care of, and he was able to handle them both very effectively. I felt completely at ease having him as my lawyer, and I never worried about the outcome. He always helped me feel reassured and had alternative options... if I did not get the outcome I originally wanted. The only challenge was getting a hold of him. He has a very busy schedule, so getting a reply took a bit of time. Though overall, I was more than happy with the assistance I received.
