I feel compelled to review Jon because over the years, I've hired him for all my high stake moving violations. Reason why is because he visibly goes the extra mile and you can see him exhaust every angle to win cases for me. He'll write letters, push the prosecutor, sopoena 3-4 people, he will do whe...tever it takes. Most lawyers I've hired for less run my case like a factory assembly line; clock watchers who decide if the defense is worth their dollar, and "decide" in their mind whether the case is able to be won. Not Jon. Jon gives you play by play action on the case and explain his strategy and what he expects each opposing player to do - as if he is playing chess ; and even on a Sunday. He is on the higher end of the fees and worth every penny. He is also a really cool, super smart guy who ran for judge. When I don't want to mess around with a ticket, I get Jon - I pay for the best.

I don't know if I was more mad about being late to my appointment or the fact the douche bag State Patrol officer had the audacity to lecture me on driving. I mean seriously, COME ON! Don't tell me to NOT speed and then present me with a ticket! That's like one of the most a**hole move a cop can do i...n my opinion. I spoke to a barista afterwards and she said she was let go with a warning for doing 75 on 45 zone after she flashed her employee badge. I should have taped my attorney, Jon Zimmerman's business card to my license or registration because he NEVER let me down! After mailing in the ticket to contest the infraction I was given a court date which I was unable to attend because I was out of town and Jon said no problem he can take care of it for me and I do not need to appear in court. Simple text message response: "Dismissed" Money well spent! Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Received a speeding ticket in the Everett I5 speed trap. This time I did not want it on my record for the next 7yrs. After reading the reviews on Avvo, Mr. Zimmerman was responsive and knowledgeable. My contested ticket took a while due to court delays and rescheduling, but in the end the ticket was ...reduced to late plate tabs. He does exactly what you ask of him and gets your legal needs done. If you need a lawyer and have never hired one before, Mr. Zimmerman is great to start with and makes everything easy to understand and less complicated. Highly recommend him and his skills.
