After looking up many reviews online, it looked like I didn't have too good of shot of winning. But as I am a stubborn person, I decided to hire Jon Zimmerman to fight and hopefully dismiss it. Jon and i talked about many different ways of approaching the ticket, possible outcomes, if it was worth f...ighting, or if I should take the $100 non moving violation ticket instead of the $134 moving violation. Jon's advice to me was to take the offered deal. But then he asked me, "if this is goin to keep you awake every night, lets fight it." Instantly I said yes, lets do it. I told Jon everything from when i had gotten stopped, asked some questions about my car (why i changed the exhaust, who owned the car, etc..). The day of court I show up and he has the plan of how to go about it. When you go up on the stand, you can either narrate what happened that day and why you believe its not illegal, or Jon can have you answer questions. For me this was a relief because if you word a statement the wrong way they can turn that right around against you. When Jon was questioning me, he words his questions just the right way to where it was easy for me. We ended up winning the case. Jon is great at what he does, I would highly recommend Jon to anyone in need of a good lawyer. If and when there is a next time, he is definitely #1 on my list.

Jon has taken care of speeding/traffic tickets for me, my family members and my friends. It has been great to keep our auto insurance low (well worth the cost) especially in this economy! While he doesnt always give you the step by step of what to expect, you can be sure that he is doing his job and ...doing it above and beyond expectations. I trust him completely! He is honest, passionate and beyond competant!
