Speeding in a national park is a criminal offense and costs significantly more to hire a lawyer, so you may try to beat it on your own, but I'm not sure that a good record and story is enough. Jon will find the errors you don't know about and has the professional relationships to negotiate successful...ly. When the PA asked me if I knew what my perfect driving record was worth, I replied, "Its worth what I'm paying this guy (Jon)!" And it was worth every penny to keep a criminal offense, no matter how insignificant, off my record.

My experience with Jon was really good in that my ticket was dropped and I didn't have to pay a fine or show up in court. His communication could be improved, I felt like I wasn't kept in the loop and I had to keep on trying to pull information out of him. The email responses became much shorter and ...long in coming after I had paid the fee. I never did get a clear answer on what happened with my ticket so I don't know why it was dropped and that is a bit annoying. Ultimately, though, he did get the really important stuff right and that is why I'd recommend him.
