I contacted Jon to help with a "Failure to Yield" ticket in Chehalis, --and a very expensive one at that. I respect and value the services of Law Enforcement, but in this case they had a rather liberal definition of "Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle" which did not apply. Although the circum...stances of my case seemed unique, Jon did his homework and was able to find a very similar case that could be used in my defense. Jon Zimmerman was referred to me by a friend and due to a lot of travel, I was unable to make my court date and also unable to meet with him in person.
