I hired Jon Zimmerman after an officer pulled me over for driving under a suspended license, which is a misdemeanor in Washington state, after moving to Washington from the East coast. He charged me over $1000 and left the misdemeanor on my record. The circumstances of the whole case we're so simple ...that all you had to do is walk to to the judge and explain what was going on. I donated a car to charity while on the east coast, then never renewed the insurance on the car I donated, moved to Washington, license got suspended on the east coast without notifying me, and got pulled over in Washington while still under that drivers license. So basically I got a misdemeanor for donating a car to charity. Hiring this attorney was a huge mistake. My daughter was recently pulled over for a minor traffic infraction. Unfortunately, she pulled over to the left shoulder and not the right shoulder. This infuriated the cop so he wrote her 2 tickets.
