Jon Zimmerman, I unfortunately was tagged for 2nd degree negligible driving. Apparently, I switched lanes too quickly. Despite, the judge and the opposing party seemed determined to teach me a lesson, despite my record being 100% clean. At the end of the day, the judge reduced by fee but continue...d to press the full charge of the initial ticket. Zimmerman worked around the clock to make sure that despite the final verdict, 2nd degree negligible driving was NOT put on my record. I'm not sure what he did, but he surely worked his magic. The ticket was taken care of!
