A woman blew through a yield sign and totaled my car. I had a concussion and my right tibia was dislocated top and bottom and the knee cap was jammed up and into the bone. Excruciating injury that incapacitated me for seven months before finding someone who correctly diagnosed and re-set the bone.... My entire life world imploded because I couldn't put any weight on it, or walk... I would wake up screaming when I flexed my knees in my sleep. I went through all my savings just trying to pay bills while being unable to work.. When the time came for a settlement I was told to suck it up buttercup, because " nothing is ever going to compensate you for all that pain and suffering". When the time came to settle the case, once I paid myself back for all the financial losses directly related to the accident I got less than five hundred dollars; I was advised to settle due to my "financial distress" which I was only in because I had been injured! All I was asking for was something fair, and I did not get it. My feeling was that he was in collusion with the other party's insurance company. Ironically I liked him personally, I just would not hire him again. Without an attorney I would have received nothing, with him it wasn't much better. And I'm sorry to say this. For five thousand dollars I expected more.

He has been winning every time I call him and he has bettered fortune 500 . companies and Giant Insurance Companies. He isn't going to let other lawyers have a chance. He took on my case when more than 15 from my area simply wouldn't fight a NW based Corporation that has vast amounts of Real Estate ...and also is a Developer, Builder, Hauling , Lumber and Paper. Not to mention 1,000/s of people that depend on them for jobs and related finances. My lawyer & Friend of many years simply quit the case and told me you cant win a case where The company that injured you owns 70% of the County and over 60% of the people either work or knows someone that does. The Injury awards are so low He couldn't afford to attend all the hearings and pay for the stamps. Mr Whitmore had a private investigator interview me at my home where I was comfortable and he took the case and not long after we settled out of court.
