Since 2017, I have served as a strategic legal advisor to entrepreneurs, startups, and growing companies throughout Washington. I founded Sound Impact Law, PLLC to deliver sophisticated business counsel with the accessibility and responsiveness of a neighborhood law office.
My practice is grounded in a proactive philosophy: preventing legal problems is always more effective—and almost always significantly less expensive—than responding to crisis after it unfolds. I work with clients who value preparation, clarity, and long-term partnership.
Many of my clients are not yet ready to hire full-time in-house counsel but need executive-level legal guidance. I serve as “fractional” General Counsel, integrating directly with leadership teams to:
