Background Check Gone Bad Until Meeting Mr. Wayne

During a background check for employment, I learned that I had two felony / criminal warrants. I immediately contacted Mr. Wayne. Mr. Wayne has exceptional communication skills and listened to my issues, assisted me in the collection of the correct data, and prepared the appropriate documentation for... the courts. Mr. Wayne provided me with exceptional service from the very first contact until our last. He even made special arrangement to meet with me on a Sunday evening the day before our scheduled court date. Mr. Wayne's knowledge of the judicial system was flawless and his presence very well respected in the courts. While, I did not like the initial suggestion of self-surrender, I had complete faith in the professional guidance of Mr. Wayne and both warrants were cleared with one case being dismissed. I will continue to work with Mr. Wayne to resolve the other case; I predict favorable results. Mr. Wayne's continues to maintain the highest levels of standards to his clients and he is an exceptional example of ethical practice for other attorneys.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
