I’d like to give my highest recommendations for Mr. Marc Kittner. Divorce process is one of the hardest in one’s life, especially if this is unexpected and if the young children are involved. I met Marc in one of the legal clinic sessions when the lawyers offer free legal advice. Marc’s calm, excepti...onal professionalism and warm-hearted human being has been impressive. I called him next day to help me with one of my most challenging life event. He has been in contact in every step. He never dismisses or ignores any calls or any messages. His performance is very kind, and highly accurate. He explains clearly what the options are and what the next step is. He builds legal arguments based on the facts; he never makes speculations or any assumptions that is not backed by the real evidence. Marc is a great attorney. He was responsive and quick to my hiring him to assist in my legal separation. He thought and made suggestions of things I had not due to my mental state. He was quick in moving forward and kept me on track and he kept me informed at every stage of the process. He also w...orked well with me, as a team and when it came to my making certain decisions I had been well informed so that I could make the best possible decision for me. He kept good records of funds I had given him and accounted for all of his charges. But best of all he listened to me. He let me get things off my chest while keeping me/us on track (team work). Marc looked me in the eyes and there was no patronizing and he was down to earth with me. I needed this because for me it was really hard since I had been married for 42 years.
