Margaret Maureen Grega

Maggie Grega has broad experience in corporate and transactional matters including, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and general corporate counseling. In addition, she regularly advises on a variety of commercial matters and business transactions related to the core businesses of her clients. Maggie works with clients in all phases of the growth cycle — from those in the concept and start-up stage to established market leaders — and in a cross section of industries. Maggie also utilizes her experience as a litigator in the areas of commercial litigation, and labor and employment law. In addition to her Summer Associate experience at Lane Powell, Maggie was a Legal Extern to Judge Deborah M. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and a Legal Extern to Judge Karl Boettner at the Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings
